74 one, two and three bedroom Key West Conch style townhouses are set on a 5 acre spread in a lush tropical setting surrounding 4 pools and bordered on one side by the Florida Bay and the other by the Salt Run Channel. The crisp, white homes have views of the picket fence surrounded pool area or the beaches on the Bay and Channel.
The first floor of the homes have a large living room with a 42″ flat screen TV, a dining area and
a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with custom cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless appliances, dinner and silverware for 8 and all the necessary small appliances. The second floor has a master bedroom with a porch, 32″ flat screen TV and its own bath with a soaking tub and separate glass shower. Also on the second floor is a Queen guest room and hallway bath. The third floor is home to a Media Room with X Box 360, two Ultimate gaming chairs, Bose sound system, and a 37-inch LCD TV. With an open floor plan with pine furniture, local artwork and decorated in bright tropical shades of turquoise, yellow and fuchsia, the homes have a wonderful tropical vacation feel.4 pools are located amidst beautiful tropical gardens and set with lounge chairs and umbrellas.
DINING at Parrot Key Resort
The Grove Kitchen & Bar is open sunrise to sunset, with a menu of fresh fruit salad, breakfast 
tacos, mimosas, and more, in the morning; ceviche, burgers, chips n’ dip, sandwiches, and everything in between in the afternoon. Pair any dish with a tropical island drink.
There is an on-site concierge who can arrange any activity in Key West as well as transportation to town if you need it.
